We’re excited to have hair care entrepreneur Karen Tappin of Karen’s Body Beautiful in the house this time around who will be sharing her hair story! Take in some hair care education with a workshop by “The Curl Whisperer” Tameeka McNeil-Johnson and witness as someone undergoes their Big Chop! Val Joseph aka Mrs. Makeup will also be joining us once more to answer your makeup questions and she’ll be dolling up some natural beauties for our Sofistafunk Skirt Co. fashion presentation with designer Arlinda M. Scarlett Rocourt, creator of Wonder Curl, gives us a demo of her amazing product line and to mix things up a bit, I’ve asked spoken word artist Joekenneth to grace us with a few pieces to inspire the crowd!
