Having written for songstresses like Rihanna and Leona Lewis, Emeli has had an amazing year on her own with the release of her debut Our Version of Events, capped off by two huge wins at the recent 2013 BRIT Awards for Best British Female Artist and Best British Album! “Well-deserved” doesn’t even begin to describe… You may be familiar with her catchy, upbeat single Next to Me which has had global success with airplay all over popular radio. I’m sorry to say I jumped on this bandwagon waaaaayy after her album debut a whole year ago but man am I glad I did! Anyone who knows me understands my love for good music… GOOD music. I’m talkin’ not just a pretty voice…
