This unique songstress has some big shoes to fill, following in the footsteps of heavy-hitters like Queen Latifah, Drew Barrymore and other fab women in entertainment. But I know my fellow naturalista has this on lock! From the first time I heard her never-released debut recording, The Audition, I’ve had my eye on this pretty gal from Kansas. With a voice so pure and sweet, I literally got goosebumps listening to her ballad “You”. Of course, that amazing hair had me gawking… and I’m talkin’ pre-tuxedo Janelle who rocked a thick, curly, luscious fro! Simply beautiful.
