This final step can help you keep what you’ve worked so hard for!

Calling all sufferers of Hand-In-Hair Disease!! This is your temporary remedy. The less you mess with your hair, the less likely you’ll experience breakage or split ends.

It’s not to say that you need to spend hours installing cornrows, kinky twists or box braids just to protect your hair. A protective style is simply one that requires little to no manipulation and usually involves tucking your ends, the oldest part of your hair, in & away: protected. So if you’re one who just doesn’t have the time, skill or patience for an intricate style, french braid it, twist it, Roll ‘n’ Tuck it or pin it up. Whatever suits your fancy.

Want some more protective styling tips? I got ‘em right here! Also check out Youtube for some super quick and simple protective styles.

I really hope this five-part “Tip Fest” was helpful! I may do one of these again soon… we’ll see.
