I. Love. Ginger ale!  I will mix it with any and everything for some added *pop* and fizz! Now that summer is pretty much here, I thought, why not search for some fun ways to enjoy my favorite beverage and stay cool in the heat.  If you love it as much as I do (impossible), then you’ll LOVE these ginger ale cocktails I’ve rounded up from my endless Pinterest scrolling!

If you need a fizzy punch for a kids party, are a mom-to-be or just a non-drinker, try one of these non-alcoholic options!

Virgin Ginger Ale Cocktails

Mimosa Mocktail

This is actually my own accidental creation but apparently, I wasn’t the first to do it. *shrugs* One day, not having enough orange juice to fill my cup (greedy), I thought topping it off with some ginger ale wouldn’t be a horrible idea. Puh!! One sip and I’m all, “where have you BEEN all my life?!”

All you gotta do is combine one part OJ and one part ginger ale. Done.

The ginger ale addict lover that I am, I can just pour this in a regular glass and down it on a Tuesday! But, by all means, make it fancy for an intimate Sunday brunch at home or just be low-key bougie (which is perfectly fine!) by using champagne flutes and adding an orange slice. That tingly fizz of citrus and the magic of carbonation will have your taste buds dancing!

Minty Ginger Ale Limeade

The simple ingredients of fresh lime juice, mint leaves, sugar and ginger ale make this the perfect virgin mojito. Peep the full recipe here!

Sparkling Cranberry Pineapple Punch

The unlikely pairing ā€” at least for me ā€” of cranberry and pineapple juices has me intrigued! Something about the tartness of the cranberry juice combined with the sweetness of both pineapple and ginger ale tells me this is worth a taste! Get the recipe here and let me know the verdict if you try it!

And now, for the hard stuff! šŸ˜‰

Boozy Ginger Ale Cocktails

Chardonnay + Ginger

The creators of one of my favorite lifestyle blogs, A Beautiful Mess, put together a list of simple white wine spritzers and, naturally, this one caught my eye! The original recipe calls for Mirassou Chardonnay and ginger beer but ginger ale is offered as an alternative, if you prefer something sweeter, or Moscato… which I love!

Cranberry Ginger Fizz

This cranberry + ginger ale cocktail requires a little work and will have you feelin’ like a real mixologist but how refreshing does this look?! I’m not one for hard liquor but the fresh cranberries and other fruit plus ginger ale are sure to nicely offset the gin in this recipe. Check out Creative Culinary for the full breakdown.

Bourbon Peach Slush

Who doesn’t love a fruity, frozen slush in the summertime?! Pull out your blender and enjoy this simple mix of frozen peaches, bourbon, ginger ale and lime.  Enjoy with friends or have your own personal happy hour at the end of a long week… whatever floats your boat. Ginger Cider

Green apples are my fave and I love the crisp taste of a chilled glass of apple juice. This simple mix of Jim Beam Apple and ginger ale is said to be more of a fall drink but, hey, as long as you’ve got some ice, you’re good for the cookout! Get the recipe for this and more at The Cocktail Project.

Which one of these ginger ale cocktails will YOU try this summer? What are your favorite ginger ale cocktails?
